I am finally working on something I wanted to do for a long time. I’m writing my affirmations for 2018.
Affirmations are an important part of improving your mindset. It helps to improve your mental picture of yourself and your self-esteem.
The trick with affirmations, is you need to repeat them until you believe them. You need to repeat them until you believe them to be true.
Affirmations must be repeated until you find that the mantra you’ve been repeating becomes a habit.
My affirmation for this week is:
I am improving my life by sharing my story – and someone’s life will improve by reading it.
